In the most recent addition to the blessings series, given on the 20th March 2011, John looks at the way in which God chooses to work with Man to bring about His plan. John points out that so often Man looks for a magic wand but demonstates, by looking at the events of Moses's life, that God often offers us a Rod of Authority instead. An excellent talk.
